MSU Extension provides non-formal education and learning activities for individuals throughout the county from farmers and rural residents to urban communities. MSU Cascade County Extension emphasizes taking knowledge gained through research and education to bring it directly to the people of Cascade County to create positive changes. 4-H & Youth
Cascade County proudly offers 4-H, a nationally recognized youth enrichment program,
to youth ages 5-18. Our 2018-2019 4-H year saw 318 youth and 108 adult volunteers
Family & Consumer
FCS serves individuals and families by providing educational resources in the areas of community health, financial management, family and human development, food and nutrition, and housing and environmental health.
The program's purpose is to provide technical assistance and unbiased, research-based information in consumer horticulture to people in all Montana communities through qualified volunteers.
